Deeaar is promoted by two middle age entrepreneurs who have got around 25 years of individual experience in all facets of Energy which include Fuel Management and Power System management at Private , Central and State levels . It has been further strengthened by experienced persons of relevant field and with youngster for adding up enthusiasm, energy and to explore new ways of growth.
These two entrepreneurs are:
Mr. D. Radhakrishna
Mr. D. Radhakrishna has hands-on experience of over 27 years in energy sector, including Coal, Oil, Power and Renewable. He has worked for public and private secor before starting his own business of energy consultancy and has hand on experience in supply chain management. He is Engineering, Law and Management graduate from reputed colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
In Power Sector he is working for open access and has been instrumental in moving firs power under open access of many states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Meghalaya, Rajsthan and Maharashtra. He is leading advisor of around 40 companies across the country for Power Market Development on a regular basis.
He is in the Board of Directors of many companies and writes and speaks candidly for the improvement of power market.
Mrs. Deshraju Rekha
Mrs. Deshraju Rekha has an hand on exprience of around 25years in the Arena of Coal, Oil, and power sector of India. In power sector she is working with clients in defining Scope of a Project:study of distribution system/plans, Transmission losses, Distribution Tariff Orders and etc.
She had worked in various projects for public and private sectors i.e. National Power Policy, Electricity Act, Open Access, Power Marketing, Regulatory and Transmission issues.
She is a board member of many professional societies and Emndineering Colleges.
With their experience they are nurturing the Deeaar Group and seeding the youngeser with their work methodologies and values.
